This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Swati subscriptions. By purchasing a plan, you agree to the terms below.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will retain access until then.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months, unused time, or unused conversation minutes.
If you believe there is a billing error, contact support with your account details and payment reference so we can investigate.
Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated charges. Downgrades apply at the next renewal date. Credits are not issued for unused time in a billing period.
