The Services and all contents, features, and functionality are owned by Swati and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a license to use it for providing and improving the Services.
Our Services depend on third-party providers, including cloud infrastructure, telephony, messaging, social login, and payment providers.
We are dependent on these third parties and do not take responsibility for their downtime, outages, service failures, delays, or changes in their terms, APIs, or policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swati shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Swati's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to Swati for the Services in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
