Swati provides digital services only. There are no physical goods to ship. Access to services is provisioned electronically after purchase and account setup.
Since we do not ship physical products, shipping timelines, carriers, and delivery fees do not apply to our subscriptions.
Exchanges are not applicable for digital services. If you need to change your plan, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. Plan changes follow the billing rules outlined in our Cancellation and Refund policy.
